Woodland Massage is a Massage Therapy Studio in Tupper Lake, NY established in 2018. Solely operated by Kristen Churco, LMT and Reiki Master. You will find a verity of bodywork and reiki healing sessions offered here at Woodland Massage.

Kristen Churco, Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Reiki Master. 

Kristen received her Massage Therapy Degree in 2015 through North County Community College. Since then, further education has been applied towards a verity of bodywork such as Cupping, treating frozen shoulder, Tripper Point Work, Iliopsoas release, and Pin and Stretch techniques.  Kristen can also provide a wonderful energy based relaxing Swedish massage. She has a background in Reiki healing, and became a Certified Reiki Master in 2013. Her experience in this work is in depth from teaching, balancing chakras, working with emotional/physical pain, soul retrieval, past life regression, and healing family ancestral trauma.

Nicole Moon is a Licensed and Board-Certified Massage Therapist
specializing in Swedish and Myofascial. She graduated from Onondaga
School of Therapeutic Massage (OSTM). Furthering her education, she
completed her National Massage License in 2001. Nicole enjoys learning
and continuing to develop her skill sets and techniques for individual client
attention.
As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques such as Deep
Tissue, Myofascial and Trigger Points In turn, she is a firm believer in the
art of massage healing the body from within. The benefits of her therapy
include physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, pain relief from
sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, improved circulation, sports
recovery, and injury prevention.
Nicole’s favorite past time is working with animals as an intern
Veterinary Technician, horseback riding, painting anything from feathers to
furniture, as well as baking an array of sweets for humans and animals.
