Elavate
A Swedish influenced massage with extended scalp and foot massage. Speciality blended essential oils, reiki, crystals, and hot towels will provide you with an overall balance of the mind, body, self, and the auric field. This session can work strongly with intention, and if desired you can bring in what you are ready to let go of, or manifest, and we will be guided from there.

Deep Tissue
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Trigger point work, pin and stretch, and cupping can be included.

Signature Soak & Massage
Enjoy both our treatment spaces starting with a thirty minutes foot soak and foot massage, followed by thirty minutes of head neck and shoulders in the massage room. This session can also be extended to 90minutes.

Foot Soak
Enjoy soaking your feet in one of our three custom salt & herbal soaks. As you soak you will receive an arm and hand massage, followed by a foot massage to conclude the session.

A foot massage is just as good as a whole body massage. Having the feet worked on can improve circulation, reduce tension, ease pain, and stimulate muscles. This is a session for you if you experience arthritis, plantar fasciitis , sore feet, or if you just want to relax.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
